Take a Whole-House Approach to Saving.

 

Would you like to save on your energy costs and increase the comfort of your home?  By participating in the Home Performance with ENERGY STAR Program you can do both!

Program approved auditors/contractors will:

 

• Perform a comprehensive whole-house Home Energy Appraisal, typically valued at $400, for only $100 (pricing higher for larger homes or home with more than one HVAC system).

• Install several simple measures at no additional cost to help you to start saving energy immediately. This may include energy-efficient lighting, efficient-flow showerheads, faucet aerators, and water heater tank and pipe insulation (up to a $225 value).

• Recommend improvements and available rebates to make your home more energy-efficient, comfortable, healthy, and safe.

• Provide you with a detailed report on the potential energy savings you can enjoy by making the recommended improvements.

• Provide you with a comprehensive analysis detailing costs and benefits of installing the recommended improvements.
